Baquanxia Scenic Spot is located in the middle section of Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon with a total area of 60.3 square kilometers and a flow of 11 kilometers. Among them, the exploitable area of tourism is 0.5 square kilometers. It is one of the most magnificent, rich and magnificent scenic spots in Huguan Mountain Grand Canyon. Baquan Gorge is divided into five scenic spots and nearly 100 scenic spots. After field investigation, the national geological experts sincerely praised that Baquan Gorge is the core area of Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon Geopark. In the planning text on the development of the Taihang Grand Canyon, the Tourism Research and Planning and Design Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences calls the "Baquan Gorge" a "world-class tourist resource" and "Taihang No. 1 Xiongxia".
