On June 8, 2018, the 2017 Shanxi Tourist Quality List Award Ceremony was held in Taiyuan, Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon Baquan Gorge Scenic Area ranked third. The event is sponsored by Shanxi Tourism Bureau, Shanxi Daily Media Group, the City Tourism Bureau co-sponsored by the "Qinyuan Spring" mineral water Shanxi tourism quality evaluation activities.
Since the start of the event, the Baquanxia Scenic Area of the Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon has successfully entered the "re-evaluation stage" of the 2017 annual quality list through public voting, expert evaluation and tourists'satisfaction survey.
Through reasonable process arrangement, scientific standardsetting,professional evaluation by authoritative experts, and extensive social participation, the Baquan Gorge Scenic Area of Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon ranks third in the list of the top ten quality tourist attractions in Shanxi Province in 2017.
