In order to crack down on drug-related crimes severely, promote the in-depth development of the people's war against drugs, educate all members of the scenic spots to cherish life and refuse drugs, and form a good atmosphere for consciously resisting drug abuse and resolutely participating in the anti-drug struggle.
On the afternoon of April 3, all the staff of the Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon held a mobilization and oath meeting to create a "non-toxic scenic spot". The conference is presided over by Jin Haitang, director of Taihang Grand Canyon Tourism Development and Management Center, Huguan Tourism Development Center and chairman of Tailu Stock. Zhang Yuefei, Secretary of the Standing Committee of Huguan County, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, Wang Xingren, President of Huguan County Court, Zhang Shaohui, Chairman of the Discipline Inspection Unit of the Party Committee of the County Discipline Inspection Commission of the County Political and Legal System, Feng Xiaohong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Qiaoshangxiang County, Deputy Director of the Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon Tourism Development and Management Center, Cheng Kaixian, General Manager of the Tailu Stock, and Cheng Kaixian, Captain Guan Xiaochun, Chief of Qiaoshangxiang Police Station, Chief of Law Enforcement Team, Li Hongbing, Chief of Huguan Traffic Police Tree Palm Squadron, Li Yongwei and all the staff of the scenic spot attended.
Guan Xiaochun, captain of the anti-drug brigade of Huguan County Public Security Bureau, educated and trained all the staff in the scenic spot on anti-drug knowledge, so that the staff had a clear understanding of traditional drugs, new drugs and drug crops, and how to cooperate with the public security organs to combat drug crimes, how to identify drug users, how to identify drug-making nests and so on. The knowledge has been studied in detail.
Feng Xiaohong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Qiaoshang Township and deputy director of the Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon Tourism Development and Management Center, said in a voice, "We should cooperate fully with the anti-drug work in the scenic spots, and cooperate fully in cracking down on drug-related illegal and criminal activities, basic anti-drug infrastructure construction and anti-drug prevention and education work."
At the meeting, Cheng Kai-xian, General Manager of the Tai Lung Stock Company, stressed three aspects of drug control work: first, the whole staff should attach great importance to and take seriously the work of drug control to form a system of drug control work in which all the people are soldiers; second, to strengthen training and do a good job in drug control propaganda and education; all departments should incorporate drug control propaganda into their daily work and establish a drug control system. The leading group of the special drug work should find out the breakthrough point of the anti-drug work and establish an incentive mechanism; the third is to further strengthen responsibility and implement it, and strive to raise the anti-drug work in scenic spots to a new level, so as to make new contributions to the stable, healthy and harmonious development of scenic spots.
Wang Xingren, President of Huguan county court, elaborated on the Drug Crimes Ordinance. Zhang Yuefei, the Standing Committee member of Huguan County Committee and the Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, gave a long speech on the dangers of drugs and the necessity of drug control. Emphasis is laid on the importance of drug prevention. Propaganda and education on how to prevent drugs are carried out from the social and family levels to guide employees to resist the temptation of drugs consciously.
Finally, Jin Haitang, director of Changzhi Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon Tourism Development and Management Center, director of Huguan County Tourism Development Center and chairman of Tailu Stock Company, asked all the people in charge of the center and scenic spot to organize all the staff to convey and implement the spirit of the conference, especially the managers to set an example. To take the lead in performing their duties and serve as a good example, so that every employee can deeply understand, know and bear in mind the dangers of drugs, be able to actively and bravely say no when encountering drugs, and be able to report and prosecute illegal acts such as drug cultivation, drug production, drug trafficking and drug abuse. Through the joint efforts of all our members, the Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon scenic spot has been turned into a clean and healthy "non-toxic scenic spot".
