The Promotion Meeting of Building the Eight Spring Gorge of the Grand Canyon of Taihang Mountain into National 5A Scenic Area was held ceremoniously in the conference room on the fifth floor of Diaoyutai Hotel on the evening of June 14th in order to implement the spirit of the Mobilization Meeting for 5A Building of Eight Spring Gorge Scenic Area, seize building opportunity and make every effort to build National 5A scenic area successfully.
More than 200 people, including Cheng Kaixian (Board Director and General Manager of Tai Tourism Co., Ltd.), Xiao Ruiming (Deputy General Manager and Labor Union Chairman of Taihang Tourism Co., Ltd.), Yi Qingtang (Deputy General Manager of Taihang Tourism Co., Ltd.), functional departments related to 5A building of Eight Spring Gorge and all staffs of Eight Spring Gorge Scenic Area, attended the meeting. Yi Qingtang (Deputy General Manager of Taihang Tourism Co., Ltd.) presided over the meeting.
Yi Qingtang (Deputy General Manager of Taihang Tourism Co., Ltd.) announced the advanced group and outstanding individuals in the 5A building stage of Eight Spring Gorge Scenic Area and presented awards to them.
Guo Hongfei (Director of 5A Office) elaborated on the service criteria for service post of Eight Spring Gorge Scenic Area and provided in-depth analysis of the assessment rules of national 5A scenic area. He required everyone to implement the eight major items and 1000 points one by one earnestly, make concerted efforts, push forward work actively, change service attitude and improve service level; highlight humanized service, embody cultural connotation, adhere to the service concept of “people-oriented & tourists first” and spare no efforts to build the new tourism image of Eight Spring Gorge Scenic Area.
Xiao Ruiming (Deputy General Manager and Labor Union Chairman of Taihang Tourism Co., Ltd.) reported the progress, supervision and inspection of the work of building Eight Spring Gorge Scenic Area into 5A scenic area, and put forward rectification measures and solutions. At the same time, all the centers (scenic areas) were required to improve reward and punishment mechanism, keep strictly the rules for reward and punishment and orient individual work accurately in the future; find weak links during work; and find gaps by compassion with first class and work together to build 5A.
At the meeting, Cheng Kaixian (Board Director and General Manager of Tai Tourism Co., Ltd.) told the arduous development process of Eight Spring Gorge Scenic Area from small to large and from weak to strong, and she put forward work requirements for building 5A scenic area, “We should build hardware facilities according to standards and set up an example through software service.” She called on everyone to do their best at their respective post, adhere to post and punctuality, enhance awareness, change service attitude; study criteria and improve service capability; and gather ideas and strength for building 5A scenic area.
“The 5A building of Eight Spring Gorge scenic area has entered the final home stretch. The leaders of our province, city and county have created the best external environment in history for us and we have ushered in an unprecedented opportunity. It is our responsibility and duty to complete the building work. I believe that as long as we make up our minds, proceed with confidence and make concerted efforts, we will be able to win the golden signboard of 5A scenic area for Eight Spring Gorge and hand over satisfactory answer sheet to ourselves, Taihang Mountain and the people of Huguan and Changzhi!”
