In order to accelerate the 5A building of Eight Spring Gorge Scenic Area in the Grand Canyon of Taihang Mountain and welcome the investigation into 5A building by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China, Shi Zhenya (Director of Resource Division of Culture & Tourism Department of Shanxi Province), Guo Taiguo (CPC Standing Committee Member and Propaganda Chief of Huguan County) and Zhang Zhiping (Deputy Mayor of Huguan County) came to the Eight Spring Gorge Scenic Area in the Grand Canyon of Taihang Mountain and East Tourist Service Center to check 5A building work on site on March 10th, accompanied by Cheng Kaixian (General Manager of Shanxi Taihang Mountain Grand Canyon Tourism Development Corporation hereinafter referred to as “Taihang Tourism Corp.”) and department heads of the scenic area.
A self-check, self-inspection and self-correction meeting was held on the third floor of Diaoyutai Hotel at 8:30 p.m. The government officials listened to the reports made by team heads on the implementation, progress, existing problems of 5A building work and discussion was carried out.
Shi Zhenya (Director of Resource Division of Culture & Tourism Department of Shanxi Province) delivered an important speech on the 5A building work of Eight Spring Gorge. Cheng Kaixian (General Manager of Taihang Tourism Corp.) made work arrangement and planning of key sections such as tourist center, shop and toilet and so on, and he required all staffs of the company to make every effort to do a good job of 5A building.
